Description

The best of both worlds. An extra-large sugar pit cured beef rib off Peter Hannan’s herd of shorthorn, a rare-breed known for excellent marling and flavour. These are slightly sweet, sticky with just the right amount of saltiness form the cure. Paired with a smoked free-range chicken from Manor Farm.

Cooked daily, sliced to order. Served Hot.
