About the sauce
We’re big hot sauce fans, we use it everyday, mixing it with vinegar to baste our meat in the smoker.
We have been itching to get our sauces bottled and available to our customers, so when we started production on our Habanero Honey Hot Sauce last year, we decided to go a step further. After a quick call to our pals in Jameson Irish Whiskey, we knew we could create something very special.
We took delivery of a double charred Jameson Black Barrel cask and aged it for 12 months. Hunzo was born!
