Free range chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
6 brioche buns
1 bottle White BBQ Sauce
1 pack cheese sauce
1 tub of Baste All House Rub
Pickles

 

Recommended Additional Ingredients
Iceberg or frisee lettuce
Thinly sliced tomato
Diced red onion
Melted butter
Lemon Juice

Lazy Day Nacho Kit

In The Pack
Blanco Nino Tortilla Chips
Smoked Pork Shoulder Chilli
Nacho Cheese Sauce
Burnt Tomato Salsa
Lime Crema
Coriander Onions
Pickled Jalapenos

 

Heating
Put a large pot of water on the boil, add the bag of pork chilli directly into the water on a rolling boil for 10-12 mins. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Turn off the heat on the pot and place the cheese sauce into the water for 2 minutes. Remove, empty into a bowl and give it a good stir to bring back together if the oil starts to separate.

 

Assembly
Lay nachos on a plate or tray, add in the following order:
Chilli
Cheese
Crema
Salsa
Coriander onions
Jalapenos
